Bicycle for Life

Brevets June 22-23, 2013
600k, 400k, 300k or 200k

Planned Start will be June 22 2013
06:00 Saturday morning

The start hopefully will get you into the mountains before it gets hot or traffic is too busy, so all riders need lights!!!

The routes are somewhat to very challenging routes in places due to the terrain, but not such that most reasonably fit randonneurs would not be able to finish on time. If your fitness is low or your stop times are long then time will be tight. Some of you may need a triple or low gear compact crank. You will need to watch your stop times and site seeing times, so consider planning to keep a steady effort on the easier sections which you have a good bit of in different sections of the routes and there are quite a few long down hills too. Please save some energy for the hills and long rollers.

Note: Due to lack of interest in 600k for Jun 22, 2013, There may not be any drop-bag service!!!!!

Please do not put anything in your drop bag that you cannot do without for a few days just in case we miss you or don't get them to you at the finish for some reason. If you do not wait at the finish for your drop bags, they can be shipped to you at your expense, BFL will not pay for shipping of items to you.

We will not be responsible for your drop bags or items in your drop bags.

There is no official SAG on any of these Brevets.
